Julian X. Chen

Mr. Chen, a native of Shanghai educated in the United States, bilingual, and was 3Acredit’s founding CEO and charged to establish the operational backbone of 3ACredit in Shanghai, PRC. He brings to the company its vision, and over fifteen years of multinational business development, risk management, legal and financial services, marketing and international trade experience. Since December, 2005 Mr. Chen has held the position of Chief Operating Officer/Secretary General of FCIB China. FCIB is an association devoted to the promotion of Finance, Credit and International Trade. Mr. Chen began his business career as Marketing Consultant  forGlobalLink Management Consulting Corporation (1993-1995). He moved to begin an extensive career with American Bureau of Collections  in 1995 by accepting a position as Manager of Global Marketing. In 2000 he expanded this role to Director, Global Marketing (2000-2003). Mr. Chen was appointed Senior Vice President  of ABC-Amega, Inc (2003-2006), and Managing Director of ABC-Amega (Asia) Co., Ltd since 2006. Mr. Chen holds medical degrees from Shanghai Second Medical University in Shanghai, PRC, and an MBA from the University of California, Irvine, California USA.
